The initial release of Kajigger, a Project Time Tracking and Invoicing app, developed for freelancer, independent contractors, and small businesses.
UNLIMITED CLIENTS
Add as many clients as you want, include their business names, contact name, website, phone number, and complete address.
UNLIMITED PROJECTS
No limitation on the number of projects you can create. Make a new project, give it a name, assign a client, and get started.
ASSIGN PROJECT STATUSES
Stay organized by marking projects with clear statuses ( Active, Billed, Hold, Overdue, Paid, Completed, Estimate ).
PROJECT TIME TRACKER ( Flat Rate & Hourly Time with a built-in Timer)
Time Track work using Flat Rates or an Hourly Timer to ensure accurate billing.
WORK OFFLINE
Work entirely offline, no need for an internet connection to manage your projects.
FLAT RATE
Easily track and bill Flat Rate projects to keep things simple and clear for your clients.
HOURLY TIME
Use the built-in timer to track hourly tasks and ensure accurate billing for your projects, or manually enter the details.
PROJECT EXPENSES
Log project-related expenses to keep everything accounted for in one place.
PROJECT PAYMENTS
Track all payments, and payment methods, your client has made for the project.
PDF INVOICES
Generate professional PDF invoices to send to clients, customized with your business information.
SETTINGS
Add all your business contact information which will be included on your invoices. Upload your business logo as a JPEG or PNG to further customize the invoice.
Add a default Hourly Rate and Tax Rate to be automatically added to every project.
Activate or deactivate the Invoice Number from being added to your invoices.
PRIVACY
All your data is stored locally on your Mac, keeping your information private and secure.
Generate Custom
PDF Invoices
Export custom PDF Invoices with complete project details. Invoices are generated as 8.5x11 inch PDFs, featuring your contact info and your logo along with full client and project info.
PDF Invoices include Dates, Descriptions, Times, Amounts, Taxes, and Totals. A Grand Total is always included at the bottom.
